Restra'nt App is a free Android app for order-taking and billing, published by ProGalaxy eLabs Private Limited, an Indian company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Poranki, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 521137. This Privacy Policy applies to the Restra'nt App website (restrantapp.in) and the Restra'nt App on Google Play.

We Have No Backend, No Accounts, No Server

Restra'nt App has no cloud service, no login, and no company server. Everything you enter — your menu, orders, bills, and business details — is stored only on your own device. We (ProGalaxy eLabs) never receive, see, or store your business data. There is no "restrantapp.in" website login or business portal to sign in to.

Backups You Control

Restra'nt App can save a backup file of your menu and orders. When you tap "Save backup file", Android's file picker opens and you choose where the file is stored - for example on your phone or in your own Google Drive. The app does not upload anything itself and has no internet access. To restore, you pick the backup file again. We never receive, see or store your backup files.

Permissions the App Uses

Restra'nt App asks for Bluetooth ("Nearby devices") permission only so that it can find and connect to your Bluetooth receipt printer. On Android 11 and older, Android ties Bluetooth discovery to the Location permission; the app never reads, stores or sends your location. The app has no internet permission and does not use your camera, contacts, microphone or files (except a backup file you choose yourself).

Information We Collect

We (ProGalaxy eLabs) do not operate a server that receives your business data, so we don't collect it. The only information we might receive is what you choose to send us directly — for example, if you email us for support or contact us through this website.

Google Play Store

Restra'nt App is free — there is nothing to purchase in the app. Installing it from Google Play is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms, which we don't control.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not currently set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Sites

If you click a link to a third-party website (such as Google Play or WhatsApp), you may be taken to a site we do not control. This policy does not apply to those third-party sites.

Your Rights

Because we do not hold your business data, there is nothing on our servers to access, correct, or delete. If you've contacted us directly (e.g. by email), you can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer below.
